4. Project Terms and Conditions

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Exaltation Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Exaltation Technologies from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination:

• All outstanding payments become due immediately
• Confidentiality obligations continue to apply
• Intellectual property rights are transferred as per agreement

10. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, or government actions.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any project-specific agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Exaltation Technologies regarding the use of our services.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
